Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the firm’s help desk and support center operations. Will provide prompt, friendly and helpful assistance to in-house PC users regarding hardware, network, systems, applications, remote access and telephone related inquiries. May assist in user training and special projects. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Must have exceptional Microsoft Word and Office, Windows, electronic mail, and Internet skills. Must have A+ certification and at least one of the following: MOUS, MCP, or MCSE certifications; or Bachelor or Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with certification equivalencies above.
