Data Quality Analyst   

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures. 
  • Follow audit procedures, and produce required metrics according to defined procedures. 
  • Corrects minor data quality errors. 
  • Work with programmers or manually updates systems to resolve data problems. 
  • May update/maintain database with reviewed and corrected data. 
  • Reviewing mortgage data

 

Job Requirements

The ideal Data Quality Analyst will have the following:

  • Mortgage servicing experience (default or no default) is a plus
  • Knowledge of required tools to query and manipulate data in varying file formats.
  • Knowledge of all types of data formats and file structures.
  • Ability to follow and develop data quality standards, metrics and audit procedures.
  • Conveys technical issues/problems to programmers in a clear/concise manner.
  • Title examiner background a PLUS but not required!
  • Deeds of trust experience a PLUS but not required!
  • Education:  HS diploma or GED

 

Positions are located in south Charlotte NC

Pay rate is $14.42/hr
