Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

Outpatient Therapist is required to provide assessment, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning to adolescents. Therapist must maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients and a maximum of 25 clients. Establish good work habits, professional development, Interpersonal and Teamwork. Therapist must maintain required case load per client. Continuous audit of clients charts based on JCAHO requirements. Knowledgeable of laws, regulations, standards and demonstrate work compliance.  Report to work; attend all meetings and appointments, in a timely manner. Dress appropriately and professionally. Strive to serve as a role model to clients.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year experience.
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.
All clearances must be passed satisfactory: criminal, child abuse and FBI.
Licensed eligible is preferred including Ph.D, PSY.D, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT only.
