Being a manager at The Wash Tub is hard work, but it is a rewarding challenge. You will learn to run the business as if it were your own. Job Requirements

Duties include:

· Providing outstanding customer service/customer relations

· Staffing, Scheduling & Training

· Quality/Labor control

· Fostering a team environment

Qualifications:

· Min. 3 yrs management or 4 yr. college degree

· A proven success in recruiting, developing and motivating a team

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Must be willing to work weekends

· Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week
