P/T Sales Consultant

 

 

PART-TIME FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE SALES CONSULTANT @ The DUMP!

$10 per hour PLUS commission

Work a total of 24 hours Friday-Sunday or work 5 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday
Average pay $35K per year

Potential to earn $65K per year

NO experience necessary

Responsibilities:

 

• Store Open Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Up-sell warranties, protection, mattress pads, and more
• Enter necessary customer and product ticket information into the computer
• Offer financing options, processing credit applications completing purchase
• Explain deliveries, returns, non-returns, and exchange policies and procedures
• Deliver top-tier customer service to every customer, building loyalty and referrals
• Continuously learn personal knowledge of products and sales techniques

Requirements:

• Excellent relationship building and verbal communication skills
• Independent coachable,  dynamic, outgoing, high energy, adaptable “people" person; a chameleon who’s professional, resilient and achievement-focused
• Basic Windows (point/click) experience is required; MSOffice is preferred
• High School Diploma (or GED) is required; some college or a degree is a plus
