Job Description

Description:

  • Financial reporting, monthly close, consolidated accounting, annual and semi-annual reporting.
  • Perform various financial reports, budgets, forecasting, and ad hock analysis.
  • Special projects involving accounting research, technical accounting issues. 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.  CPA or eligible.
  • Experience in financial reporting, consolidations & eliminations, acquisitions & due diligence, accounting research & memo writing, and or similar audit experience with public accounting.
  • Strong GAAP, GAAS, technical accounting and research experience.
  • Strong analysis skills including Excel, etc.
