Customer Service Representative

Job Description

A private jewelry company located in New York City is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative - preferably with prior jewelry experience to join their professional Customer Service team. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accepting and distributing all inbound calls, identifying, documenting and resolving all customer issues and requests, providing support to the Sales team, entering orders, updating customer records, assisting customers with returns and repairs, etc.
 

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and atleast 1-3 years previous Customer Service experience is required. Previous jewelry experience is a major plus!
