Minimum Job Requirements
-Knowledge of Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
-1-3 years of real estate experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
-Obsessive attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
-Strong analytical and research capabilities with outstanding organization skills.
-Self-motivation and willingness to work with a small team in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, demanding environment.
-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Excel and mining through the MLS.
