Acquisition Analyst

Job Summary
Leading, well-capitalized, national single-family buy and hold firm seeking an Acquisition Analyst for its Miami, FL office. We specialize in acquiring single-family assets in opportunistic situations, and purchased over 1400 homes in 4 months and expanding.

Pay:
$50,000 to $55,000 year salary plus bonus, benefits, 401k.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare financial analysis of potential single-family acquisitions using proprietary underwriting standards and Excel model.

-Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence and market research for real estate acquisition opportunities.

-Prepare thorough and concise investment summaries.

-Coordinate receiving the deed of trust and title insurance.

-Obtain title commitment and coordinate review, clearance and approval by legal and acquisition staff.

-Complete daily acquisition summary statements.

- Train, manage, coordinate with Brokers

- Visit each property to determine rehab amounts

Minimum Job Requirements
-Knowledge of Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

-1-3 years of real estate experience.

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

-Obsessive attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.

-Strong analytical and research capabilities with outstanding organization skills.

-Self-motivation and willingness to work with a small team in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, demanding environment.

-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficiency in Excel and mining through the MLS.
