St. Ann’s Community Per Diem Requirements and Expectations
St. Ann’s Home, Transitional Care, and St. Ann's Care Center
Minimum Requirements of RN Candidates:
Must have 2 or more years as an RN Supervisor(Long-Term Care preferred)
Must have a current and valid NYS RN Nursing license
St. Ann’s has made a commitment to provide orientation and adequate training to allow Per Diem staff to be clinically competent to float where assigned
As an employee of St. Ann’s Community, the employee must be willing to work as needed, on any LTC Nursing Unit, Transitional Care Units, and St. Ann’s Care Center, and be able to commit to a minimum of two weekend shifts per month, and one holiday per year (alternating one winter and one summer).
