Process Control Group Leader!

 

• Direct Process Control engineers and contractors in specifications development, system analysis, programming, simulation, and implementation
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to direct reports
• Provide programming and configuration support for daily plant operation (24/7), technical service, maintenance and project groups
• Provide improvement and changes to control system programs to meet changing operating needs and improve operator interface (Alarms, Graphics)
• Maintain documentation of control program intent & implementation, changes initiated, etc
• Strong working understanding of control system fundamentals (software and hardware) and their application in Chemical/PetroChemical environment
• Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• BSEE or BS Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• 5 + years experience in a Chemical or Petro Chemical Mfg industrial environment
• 5 – 10 years in Control systems or Process Control role
• Experience with HMI configuration (prefer Wonderware’s HMI
• Experience with DCS/PLC configuration (prefer Siemens Moore APACS, Siemens S7 and Rockwell Automation Controllogix)
• Experience with databases (SQL and MS Access) and Networking
• Some travel (5 – 10%)

Salary: $90k - $100k (could go up 5 – 10k)

Paid relocation
