If you do not have marketing experience working for a commercial HVAC equipment manufacturer (HVAC OEM) there is no interest!

Who we are:

We are HVAC/R recruiting specialists who at any given time know of 20 or more HVAC/R opportunities with OEM (Design and Manufacturers) of HVAC/R products.

We have been at this for over 4 decades and know who is who and they know us!

We are unique in that we do not harvest resumes and indiscriminately send out resumes.

Second, we will require anyone we believe we can help to communicate with us in depth so we can determine what his or her interests are and that we can fully present not only the resume but the holistic person to the hiring company/manager.

The opportunity:
      Directly reporting to the company President will be responsible for marketing activities within this commercial HVAC OEM.  Will have a broad range of functions however the major activity will be for product marketing, marketing communications, marketing research (VOC) and strategic planning.

Targeted customers are building owners, engineers and architects especially within the hospitality, educational industries and multi family facilities. This position is for a director  who is solution oriented and has a high level of skills with the majority of work being ‘hands-on’ in the marketing activities.

Communicate features and functions of products to the market.  Design new programs to move products and provide additional service to independent manufacture’s rep organizations and distributors.  Represent company at ASHRAE and other relevant industry shows, conventions or plant visits by distributors, major rep organizations, customers, etc. 

         Their HVAC product lines you will be responsible for enjoy an excellent reputation in the market place.

 SALARY: $95,000 to $125,000 plus bonus to 15%

 

REQUIREMENTS:

BS or BA degree

12+ years marketing, sales or product design experience

 5 + years experience at a marketing manager or senior marketing engineer for a commercial HVAC OEM manufacturer (Trane, McQuay, Carrier, JCI, York, Aaon, etc)

Stable employment history not more than 2 jobs in last 6 years

Great analysis and communication skills and ability to represent the company with a high level of professionalism and confidence.

Job Requirements

12+ years marketing, sales or product design
