Our client, a leading electronics distribution company, is actively seeking a lawyer with 3+ years of broad corporate and commercial contract drafting experience to join as a Corporate Counsel its legal group. The target candidate for this position will have government contracts and/or technology experience, and will be practicing at a top Chicago law firm or corporation. Responsibilities will include reviewing FAR'S and DFAR'S in government and government prime contractor contracts and purchase orders, as well as negotiating and drafting software, hardware and other technology agreements.
