The purpose of the department is to lead the development of integrated consumer communications that build Allstate brand consideration and preference, to drive brand consistency and broaden the brand footprint across all media based on Allstate brand standards and guidelines, and to deliver those communications with operational excellence. The Integrated Marketing Communications department partners with other areas of Marketing to ensure communications are strategically aligned with business goals and objectives.
The scope of this job is to support the strategic development, creative execution, and implementation of integrated marketing communications plans and programs that support Allstate's regional, local and agent/co-op marketing strategies.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Development and execution of integrated local marketing, advertising and media plans for multiple geographies.
- Creative development and execution of local advertising ensuring integration with brand positioning, brand standards, and messaging strategies to address market-specific needs.
- Providing assistance and support for agent programs such as Co-op advertising and Yellow Pages.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners and resources, including advertising agencies, regional marketing managers, strategy/product managers and legal teams.
- Managing media and production budgets.
Job Requirements:
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing communications/advertising agency.
- Media planning and local integrated planning experience a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Major preference: Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications
