Job Description

Park National Bank
A community bank with a focus on outstanding personal service.

Location: 2958 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60618
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-6pm; Saturday 8am-1pm (rotating)

Responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the teller line, including staffing, scheduling and transaction processing. Strives to exceed customer expectations in sales and service. Provides direct supervisory assistance to tellers to ensure they provide superior service to our customers and process their transactions in an accurate timely manner. Responsible for training and input on teller performance. Opens, closes and processes all transactions and shipments to an from the Main Cash Vault as required. Provides immediate service to customers conducting teller transactions as required.


Job Requirements

Self-motivated individuals with strong math, interpersonal, customer service, sales and leadership skills. 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a banking environment preferred.
