Staffing and recruiting services leader Adecco has outstanding opportunities with a prestigious Rolling Meadows, IL employer. Our client, a top financial company, has an immediate need for experienced Mortgage Underwriters with government experience.
In this role you will underwrite residential loans ensuring compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards.
Examine loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Work with loan originator or production staff to secure all required documents and work with other underwriters on loan exceptions.
Have authority to withdraw and decline loans. May be involved in one or several types of mortgage lending (conventional, Rural Housing).
Extensive internal customer contact required.
The pay rate range is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
