Purpose:
A large, publicly traded corporation involved in the health and wellness industry is in need of an attorney with strong regulatory healthcare experience. This attorney will primarily provide advice to the corporation on healthcare regulatory matters, including federal, state and local laws and regulations, relating to pharmacy practice, Medicare and Medicaid issues, clinical health practice, and DEA and FDA matters. This attorney will also directly represent or work with outside counsel on the representation of the company on the same before federal, state and local agencies. At least six years of experience in required and a previous career in medicine or a pharmacy degree is a plus.
