The Recruiting Manager reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following:
  • Use his/her proven financial background to develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services for a variety of accounting and financial roles.
  • Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting/finance professionals.
  • Solidify Robert Half Finance & Accounting’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
