Job Description 

Audit and monitor various billing processes for compliance with policies, laws and regulations. Billing processes include admissions, billing, cash posting and collections.
Review and analyze reports to ensure prompt follow-up, identify problem areas and recommend action.
Provide guidance and support handling complex patient account situations.
Contact with patients, third party payors, hospital staff, regional staff and facility staff.



 


Job Requirements 

High School Graduate. Bookkeeping and/or accounting background in a third party billing experience preferred.  Familiarity with personal computers and automated Account Receivable preferred.

Previous experience in cash application and balancing essential. Previous leadership experience preferred. Must be strong multi-tasker with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
