Overview:
 
The Strategist/Sr. Strategist for Loyalty Strategy and Analysis within the Revenue Management organization is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing initiatives to drive incremental revenue, focusing on various sources of airline loyalty. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, analyze, and evaluate complex network economics related to various sources of airline loyalty.
  • Assess impact of strategy on revenue performance and customer demand.
  • Evaluate system enhancements required to support strategic direction.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that will drive incremental revenue; determine performance metrics; conduct trend analysis.
  • Evaluate economics and strategic implications of commercial terms and conditions negotiated with strategic loyalty partner.
  • Build relationships with internal RM and external stakeholders.
  • Assists project leaders in mapping out project charter, work steps, resources required, timing, risks and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and present recommendations.
  • Applies knowledge and data to resolve process issues/ problems.

Job Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. 
  • Concentration in finance, economics, strategy, or transportation strongly preferred. 
  • Engineering backgrounds may also be considered.
Experience:
  • Prior airline experience, preferably in Revenue Management, Finance, or Network Planning, a plus.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic/critical thinking skills.
  • Good communication (oral and written) and teamwork skills.
  • Solid planning, time management, and decision making skills.
