Come, shine with us!The Sr. Director will be responsible for developing global strategic plans, in collaboration with regional marketing affiliates, for in-line and pipeline products within Astellas� oncology portfolio. This will include product positioning, branding, sales forecasting and life cycle strategies for assigned oncology products. The position will coordinate global pre-launch and launch activities to prepare Astellas� oncology products for market success. The Sr. Director will work closely with regional marketing affiliates to ensure appropriate implementation of the global marketing strategy. The position will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with regional affiliates to conduct opportunity assessments and making of strategic recommendations regarding new compounds from research and business development opportunities. The position will be responsible for developing target product profiles, ensuring that products meet customer needs and are well positioned against the competition. The position will collaborate with clinical, regulatory, project management and regional marketing affiliates on the development of key strategic recommendations

Job Requirements
 

�Minimum 7-10 years of pharmaceutical/life sciences experience in, preferably, a strategic marketing, new product development, business development, or similar role�MBA or advanced science degree �Oncology commercial experience�Global commercial experience�Previous co-promotion experience �In-depth understanding of the clinical development process
