Search Consultants are the front line of the MRG team.  They act as liasons between client companies and candidates for open positions, and actively market our services to new clients and job seekers. 

Search Consultants have to be comfortable on the telephone and talking to strangers.  Knowledge of social media, networking, and internet marketing is also becoming more important.  High energy and a sense of fun and adventure are crucial.

Basic requirements:
A 4-year college degree
1-3 years of sales & marketing experience is helpful but not required
Access to transportation (our office is hard to reach by train or bus)
Aptitude with Microsoft Office and internet applications

Other skills and experience:
Experience with CRM databases is helpful but not required
Some knowledge of the industries MRG specializes in is helpful (check our website for more information)
We also look for some formal sales training, or at least an active interest in reading sales, marketing, and business management books.  Intellectual curiosity drives our business
