Description

We represent a hospital and health system in the Chicagoland Illinois area and are assisting them in searching for a healthcare leader for the Pharmacy Department.

 

This position will lead and manage all aspects of the the Pharmacy Department and will ensure that the department is meeting all goals pertaining to quality, service, compliance, productivity, budget, and employee development. The role is responsible for managing pharmacy personnel, and collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

 

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE CHICAGO, IL SUBURBS

Requirements

Candidates must meet the below qualifications:

 

  1. Must possess a pharmacist license in good standing.
  2. Must have "hospital" pharmacy management experience.
  3. Must have advanced pharmacy knowledge and skills.  
  4. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and management skills.
  5. Must be dedicated and motivated to achieve results.

 

CANDIDATES WITHOUT HOSPITAL PHARMACY EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
