What you will be doing:
Your role will provide college coaches with a reliable resource to find qualified student-athletes for their programs and to education high school student athletes and their families through the recruiting process.
- Conducting phone evaluations with student-athletes and their parents to determine what college programs they may qualify for
- Providing student-athletes and families expert advice and knowledge about the college recruiting process
- Effectively communicating the company's role in the recruiting process
- Enrolling qualified student-athletes into the company program from all areas of the country
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- Collegiate athletic experience
- Coaching and/or sales experience preferred
- A history of success at previous positions
- Team oriented person
- Working knowledge of multiple sports
- A passion for working with high school student-athletes and families
- Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
- A college degree from an accredited 4-year college or University
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Highly organized
