Inside Telephone Representative: IT Services

We are looking to fill an open position for an Inside B2B Representative to make appointments via outbound calling. This position pays a base hourly rate of $12 per hour and offers you the ability to earn commission.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The main focus will be to make outbound calls to companies to try setting appointments for the outside sales team. You will be expected to make between 80-100 outbound calls per day and must be able to set appointments from the cold calls.
This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Prospecting: Obtain referrals and make cold calls into accounts to generate leads and build relationships.
- Qualifying: Gather information to assist in determining the quality of a lead and understand the clients’ decision making process.
- Relationship building: Create and nurture potential strategic prospects, with the intent on developing and strengthening a relationship. Our goal is to become a "trusted advisor" to all of our clients, and prospective clients as well.
- Administration: Prepare management reports such as forecasts and pipeline reports; regular electronic time submission; and timely data entry into our CRM/Sales tracking system.
