Great Suburban Location   Great Part-Time Schedules


  Need a schedule that fits with a school schedule?? Stay at home parent looking to balance work and family??

Interviewing now for upcoming November and December start dates!!

 

Our client, one of the fastest growing call centers in the western suburbs, is looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to work part time hours (minimum 30-35 hours/week).   Ideal candidates would be interested in working part time on a long term basis (over 9 months).    

 

Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!!

 

This position does not involve cold calling, selling or telemarketing.  Customer service representatives are responsible for providing customers with fast, efficient resolution to billing issues and questions regarding the company's products and services.

Our client provides an excellent training program.  Training is a minimum of two weeks and is scheduled from 6pm - 10pm Monday - Friday,  8:30 - 5:30 Saturday.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow-up with customers via phone and email
  • Field heavy in-bound calls from customers
  • Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call

 

The call center is open 7 days a week.   Candidates will have some flexibility in the days that they would be scheduled.  
 

Evening Part Time Schedule

 

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week (must be able to start working a shift no later than 2pm - must be able to work a minimum 5 hour shift.
  • Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Candidates must be available to be scheduled a minimum of 4 days

 

 


Job Requirements 

  • History of good attendance and reliability
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills - data entry, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Criminal background check and education verification required

 

Candidates must have reliable transportation , our client's suburban location is NOT accessible using public transportation.

 

The office location is handicapped accessible.

 

The LaSalle Network provides our field employees with access to a basic health insurance plan which covers medical and dental expenses.   Individuals participate in the plan through a very affordable weekly payroll deduction (less than $20/week for an individual for medical and dental coverage).
