Description IT National Account Manager

Upp Technology, Inc.
is seeking an experienced IT National Account Manager in the Minneapolis market to expand the Commercial, Healthcare and Government vertical markets in 5 key areas: Enterprise Systems, Data Management, Infrastructure Support, Security and Compliance, Custom Application Development; with core competencies in Project Management, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Technologists.

Will be responsible for traveling 60%, developing new business, growing and managing client relationships, gathering client requirements, communicating to the recruiting staff, candidate evaluation, presentation and coordination of the selection and delivery process.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client trust and credibility.
  • 5-10 years of successful IT staff augmentation/project based sales experience with knowledge of information technology: enterprise systems, project management principles, and database, network and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Hard working, diligent and able to manage relationships from the lead to close status.
  • Desire a stable, team environment with upward mobility in responsibilities, authority and significant income potential.
