University of Phoenix offers students who are new to the college experience an online option that enables them to earn their associate's degree while working full or part time.

Our programs are available to students who have earned less than 40 college credits. This diverse student body includes students who have been away from school for several years raising families, students working full- or part-time jobs and 18-year-old, full-time students. Upon completion of their associate's degrees, students may transition credits into a University of Phoenix bachelor's degree program. Along the way, they are part of a highly-connected online community made up of instructors, classmates, counselors and school administrators.

University Instructor

If you are a professional with a master's or doctoral degree, in–depth knowledge in your career field, strong communication skills, computer proficiency and a desire to help others succeed, you may have what it takes to be an instructor at University of Phoenix.

We're currently hiring part–time instructors for our online degree programs at all academic levels—from associate's degree programs at Axia College of University of Phoenix and undergraduate through post-graduate programs at University of Phoenix.
