A fast-growing client, a global IT outsourcing and consulting company, has asked us to recruit for a successful Business Development Executive to help continue to build and grow their footprint in the Chicago area. This company has been recognized as one of the most successful IT staff augmentation/project services companies in this region and has been awarded industry-recognized certifications (CMMI Level 4, ISO 9001) for quality of their processes and service delivery. Industries they serve include healthcare, logistics, government, and insurance.

 

The Business Development Executive will have the responsibility to identify and close new business opportunities in IT outsourcing and consulting, selling staff augmentation and project-based services to companies in need of additional IT consulting help. This person will close new business in and around the Chicago market, Illinois and northwest Indiana. The opportunity starts out as an individual contributor sales executive with the future goal of building a sales team and branch office in the Chicago area. A future management opportunity for the right candidate is a definite possibility.

Requirements

The candidates we are looking to recruit are sales executives experienced in selling IT staff augmentation and outsourcing contracts. A proven sales track record in selling these types of services to large companies inside this region is required. A network of qualified contacts in the territory is essential. We are looking for a proven performer who can work well on their own and be performance and money driven, someone who would be excited about building a business.
