Job Description 

Administrative Assistant

Growing non-for-profit firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to join boutique office.  Responsibilities will include answering phones, updating and maintaining database, processing invoices and expense reports, scheduling meetings and teleconferences, assisting with event planning, ordering office supplies, and handing all other administrative support needed.  Must be a self-starter with great organizational skills.

 

 


Job Requirements 

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.  Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.  QuickBooks is a plus!  Candidate must have excellent initiative and professionalism.  Must have at least 2-3 years previous administrative experience.  Bachelor's Degree preferred.  This is a temporary position with the potential to become direct-hire.  Great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a non-for-profit!
