Job Description 

Reservations / Customer Relations

 

Hospitality firm located in downtown Chicago seeks a Reservationist / Customer Relations individual to join their team.  Ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience in the hotel industry.  Candidate will be handling all requests and special needs from different businesses and corporate accounts.  Responsibilities will include booking small groups as well as individual reservations, answering calls and responding to emails, assisting travel agents with collection of commissions due to them, ensuring VIP treatment, clearing wait lists, and handling all additional customer service needed.

 

 


Job Requirements 

Candidate must have familiarity with travel and hospitality experience.  Proficiency with Word and Excel is required.  Looking for someone with excellent customer service and great with multi-tasking.  This position will begin mid February and continue through June 2010.
