Job Description

Our Account Management/Recruitment teams provide the support services that enable our clients to manage fluctuations in workloads, contain cost, and increase performance efficiencies.     We are currently looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the IT recruiting industry who can help us to develop and expand our IT division.  Having been ranked the 11th fastest growing company in the Chicago area by Crain's Chicago Business, Medix offers exciting challenges and proven professional opportunity.  As an Account Executive, you will experience unlimited earning potential, a competitive base salary and a gratifying commission structure. In this role, it will be your responsibility to develop strategic territories by breaking accounts, developing relationships with department managers and directors and providing them with quality personnel.  We are looking for candidates who are driven, confident are looking to grow with a progressive company.

Job Requirements 

REQUIREMENTS:

·          Bachelor's degree strongly preferred     

·          2 – 4 years of experience selling IT staffing

·          Interest in Sales and/or previous sales experience

·          Excellent customer service skills     

·          High energy

·          Ability to show initiative     

·          Competitive mindset encouraged

·          Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
