Description Marketing/ Community Liaison.
We are seeking a Marketing professional with experience in home care sales and marketing for our Chicago-based company. The Community Liaison will serve as the community outreach liaison, calling on hospital based case managers and referring physicians at their practice locations, Skilled and Assisted living facilities. This independent, self directed professional liaison will promote home care services by visiting the facilities and community physicians at their practice locations.

Requirements Clinical background and at least 4 years' progressively responsible healthcare experience including community/physician outreach are required. A college degree, Registered Nurse, and sales/marketing experience are preferred.
We seek flexible, independent, professional candidates with proven problem resolution and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential. Reliable, personal transportation a must.
