Our client, an established Michigan law firm, is actively seeking a healthcare law attorney as well as patent attorneys to join the firms busy and sophisticated practices. Target candidates for the patent law position will have 6+ years of strong IP/patent experience, as well as an existing book of business and strong contacts in the Detroit area. Target candidates for the healthcare law position will have 5+ years of transactional healthcare experience, which includes federal and state compliance issues, and Medicare and Medicaid regulations issues. Portable business is also strongly preferred. Top academic credentials and strong law firm experience are required. Will gladly relocate talented attorneys for these busy practices.
