Qualifications: Motivated, results-oriented, highly enthusiastic sales professionals with proven sales experience and 2 years contract security experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be a self-starter and able to work unsupervised.

Requirements

We require the following skills:
 

  • Identify, acquire and maintain solid relationships with our Clients. 

  • Develop new business by following up on leads, telemarketing, direct mailing, referrals and networking and in-person field sales. 

  • Perform research to determine new business opportunities and aggressively follow-up on them by prospecting, and networking.

  • Establish and develop business relationships within the community to help retain and expand existing clients and partnerships
  • Meet with prospective clients throughout the territory
  • Professionally prepare, submit and present proposals. 
  • Deliver power point demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Maintain the highest of ethical and professional standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the operations team in identifying and resolving issues and concerns
  • Proficient in power point applications, computer systems and programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to strategically plan sales calls, sales presentations and cold calling
  • Track all sales and prospects in Goldmine
