Description

This position is responsible for managing various IT internal services including PMO, QA, Support Center and Project portfolio.    

 

Responsibilities may include but not limit to:

·                   Develop and maintain project management methodology.

·                   Train and promote project management process.

·                   Manage IT project portfolio

·                   Manage daily Support Center operations.

·                   Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall support center effectiveness.

·                   Work with business functions to establish necessary priorities and develop plans to insure that approved projects are completed on time

·                   Develop and oversee implementation of operating policies & procedures for the Quality Assurance area.

·                   Work with management to develop and improve IT processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

·                   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Area of study in Information Technology preferred).

·                   Minimum of 7 years of related experience including management of staff experience.

·                   Hands on Project Management and Quality Assurance experience.

·                   Technical skills to include proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint and MS Project).

·                   PMP Certification and other industry certifications preferred.
