Requirements Pharmacist requirements ...
  • Bachelor or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • current Illinois Pharmacy license in good standing
  • minimum 1 year Pharmacy experience
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, nights and/or on-call shifts
