LaSalle Network is Chicago's leader in call center and customer service staffing and recruiting.  Currently, we are experiencing explosive hiring growth for one of our top call center clients located in the western suburb of Downers Grove.

 

LaSalle is actively interviewing for call center and customer service professionals.  Bilingual spanish is a plus!

 

Our call center/customer service representatives are the first point of contact for customers, providing product information and availability, complaint resolution, billing reconciliation and special customer requests and inquiries.  As the heartbeat of the organization, compassion, hard work and enthusiasm are a must as business at our client call center is exciting, fast-paced and rewarding.  This is a great position for college students and graduates looking to gain valuable work experience with a growing company!  Our client prefers to promote from within for team-lead and supervisor roles!
 

Reliability, work ethic, willingness to learn and having pride in giving excellent customer service is a must!  Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 

 

To be considered for the Call Center positions located in Downers Grove, you must be able to work weekends and holidays, as this is a company in the entertainment/service industry.  The shift that we are recruiting for will be working from 3:30pm - 12am(midnight).

Responsibilities:

 

  • Field inbound calls from customers
  • Process refunds to customers
  • Handle customer calls and complaints on your own rather than escalating to a supervisor

 

 


Job Requirements 

  • History of good attendance and reliability   
  • High School diploma or GED - minimum education requirements.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   
  • Must be able to work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Basic computer skills required (data entry, MS Word, MS Outlook)

 

You must have reliable transportation, as the suburban location is NOT accessible via public transportation.  The office location is handicapped accessible.   

 

The LaSalle Network provides our field employees with access to a basic health insurance plan which covers medical and dental expenses. Individuals participate in the plan through a very affordable weekly payroll deduction (less than $20/week for an individual for medical and dental coverage).  

 

Benefits include $20 co-pay to visit any doctor, prescription drug card discounts, no pre-existing conditions exclusions or limitations and ability to enroll dependents.
