experienced Federal Information Specialist Supervisors-Help Desk

 in Chicago, IL.

FPMI is seeking experienced Federal Information Specialist Supervisors. Previous experience working in a Federal Call Center  or Help Desk environment is preferred.

 

 

The Lead Information Specialist Supervisor will work on-site to implement off-the shelf technology solutions to improve and enhance data collection, tracking and reporting of call center activities.

 

Qualified applicants will be experienced in the following duties:

 

  • Directly supervising Information Specialists staff
  • Analyzing and preparing reports on trends in customer requests for assistance
  • Recommending improvements in overall service
  • Monitoring staff performance & implementing effective quality control measures
  • Directly handling customer inquiries & providing accurate and timely responses
  • Drafting written responses & correspondence including those that fall under  FOIA

 

 

Requirements

 

Previous experience working in a Federal Call Center environment is preferred.
