In anticipation of contract award,
FPMI Solutions is seeking
experienced Federal Database/Systems Analyst in Chicago, IL.
FPMI has a proven history of success in Enterprise Contact Center Operations, Human Capital Solutions and Courseware, Simulation and Training. FPMI is seeking experienced Database/Systems Analysts in Chicago, IL. Previous experience working in a Federal Call Center or Help Desk environment is preferred.
The Database/Systems Analyst will provide and maintain technology services to effectively plan, operate, and maintain technology solutions.
Qualified applicants will be experienced in the following duties:
- Designing & implementing technology solutions to enhance capabilities & effectiveness as contact center progresses
- Analyzing & evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals & objectives
- Monitoring, testing and maintaining system performance and program applications
- Identifying and resolving system problems
- Providing system and management analysis for programs
- Providing information & advisement to management
- Developing ad-hoc queries to access program data, extract and prepare data in a variety of electronic formats for end users
- Responding effectively to requests for case, trend, or other program information from management staff
- Using object-oriented programming languages, client and server applications development processes, multimedia and Internet technology, to automate staff functions designed to improve work flow
- Assisting in maintenance and problem solving of IT systems
- Training staff and users to work with program applications
- Providing assistance in solving computer related problems and issues
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of three years demonstrated experience with both Oracle and Microsoft SQL.
- Previous experience working in a Federal Call Center environment preferred.
