UBM Aviation is the leading information provider to the passenger aviation, MRO, air cargo logistics and business travel communities with data and information products, market intelligence, news and events.  Our portfolio includes Official Airline Guide (OAG), Aviation Industry Group (AIG), and Air Cargo World.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional.  The Manager, Channel Strategy and Measurement will be responsible for definition, development and measurement of channel marketing strategies to increase sales and retain, grow and acquire customers across the product portfolio.  This position reports to the VP of Marketing in Downers Grove, Illinois.


Contributions Include:

  • Development and deployment of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for customer retention, growth and acquisition
  • Implementation of creative and effective digital marketing in a global, multi-product environment
  • Reporting of campaign impact and ROI
  • Ongoing interaction with product management, sales and operations to continually improve marketing results

Requirements

The Best Candidate Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related business field
  • At least 3 years prior experience in CRM strategy, deployment and measurement
  • Background in travel or information publishing
  • Demonstrated success in customer retention, growth and acquisitionability
  • Possess superior communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Advanced proficiency with Digital Marketing applications and MS Office applications
  • Planning and organizational skills 
  • Wide degree of creativity, flexibility and latitude
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm with ability to achieve objectives
