Description

Montgomery Place, Hyde Park's Retirement Community, seeks an experienced, licensed Social Worker to work in our healthcare pavilion. In this role you will be responsible to provide clinically realted social work services, so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Montgomery Place provides residential apartments for fully independent living; our evolving Catered Living Program for those who can benefit from additional day-to-day support; and a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing program which includes Board-certified physicians from nearby University of Chicago Hospitals.

Requirements

Two years of social work supervised experience, working directly with geriatric clients in a healthcare setting is desirable. Must have LSW license with skilled nursing experience.
