Recruitment Coach (Member Services)

Work with an exciting sporting organization and launch your sporting career. We are looking for our next recruitment coach. You will work in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial team in an exciting industry. We are looking for a highly organized, hard working and friendly athlete with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and in-depth knowledge of collegiate athletics and the recruiting process.
What you will be doing:
The recruitment coach will work directly with student athletes, high school coaches, and collegiate coaches to help qualify and educate incoming recruits.

- First point of contact for new student-athletes/families enrolled into the agency
- Host educational huddles (group conference calls for members)
- Welcome and schedule initial calls between a Recruiting Coach and a newly enrolled family.
- Welcome calls to get new members started on the right foot
- Freshman/Sophomore goal setting
- Customer service specialist for all student-athlete and family inquiries
- Answer main phone line and member lines
- Field recruiting questions
- Proactively check-in with members through phone and email
- Schedule individual calls between a Head Recruiting Coach and a student-athlete
- Monitor and answer "Recruiting help" Inbox
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Collegiate sports experience strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent typing skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong work ethic with team player mentality
- Professional, friendly phone demeanor
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in a professional manner at all levels of the organization
- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines
