CashNetUSA is comprised of bright and energetic individuals. We are currently seeking a highly talented individual to join our marketing team, with particular responsibility for supporting the growth of our new Canadian operations. Candidate will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of CashNetUSA. Successful candidate will be self-driven and highly motivated, and will be able to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The candidate may be expected to travel to Canada on an occasional basis.
Essential Functions:
- Manage traditional marketing efforts in Canada, including TV, direct marketing, radio, out-of-home
- Report quantitatively on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention
- Run pilots, evaluate performance, recommend changes, prepare full campaigns
- Implement new marketing initiatives with and without external agency support
- Work with program management and development to implement new marketing features
- Support other Canadian marketing initiatives including lead marketing
