The job responsibilities include the following:
- Coordination and processing patient medication orders
- Insurance Verification
- Approve or denial prior authorizations based on criteria.
- Problems Solving when issues arise in regards to order processing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to physicians and pharmacies for further clinical review for medications.
- Data entry of patients' information and requests.
