  • CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
    We are presently seeking a dynamic bi-lingual customer service professional for a full time Call Center opportunity in Northwest Indiana.  Candidates are expected to provide a variety of service and sales functions, including accurately providing account information, promoting the Bank’s alternative delivery channels and products while ensuring all service, operational, and sales standards determined by the organization are met.  Endorse the sales culture by identifying customer's needs and referring current and prospective customers to appropriate banking staff.

    Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Assist customers with all inquiries regarding deposit and loan accounts in a professional manner.

  •  Achieve established department standards for referrals.  Proactively approach all customers with needs-based suggestions regarding Bank products and services and referring opportunities to appropriate banking staff. 

  • Achieve established performance standard for CSC Scorecard.

  • Achieve department standard for consumer loan applications.

  • Achieve department standard for internal mystery shop.

    • Excellent sales skills.

    • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
    • Bi-lingual - fluent in Spanish.
    • Requires one year of retail sales and service.

    • Moderate computer user skills and knowledge of Internet.
    • Knowledge of bank operations, processes and regulations.
    • Reasoning ability – ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.  Ability to deal with problem involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
