• Develop strategic plans for national marketing initiatives, both business and consumer
• Implementation, tracking and adjust of plans and activities
• Business development activities
• Brand awareness development activities
• Web development
• Customer Relationship Management
• Vendor analysis and management; RFP's; bid management
• Creative and cost-effective development of ideas for marketing projects to drive business
• Cost monitoring, ROI reporting, market trend identification and analysis
• Assist and facilitate in internal communications
• Some public relations duties
• Train new field sales staff in CRM/e-mail program
• Multi-Contract management, printing, direct mail, online and offline promotions

 

Requirements Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or other related field.  Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a mixed B2B and B2C environment.  To be successful, the candidate must have experience in strategic planning, implementation and demonstrated results.  Written and verbal skills must be very strong and demonstrable, along with professionalism, positive personality and great interpersonal skills. 

Service industry experience a plus, but not required; creative abilities a must.  The ability to conceptualize and develop successful communications is integral to success in this position, as well as follow-through in design and implementation.  Must be familiar with online media, social media, and able to learn new software programs quickly.  Experience with Photoshop and other design programs a plus.

Must understand business concepts and products quickly, and recognize business development opportunities independently.  Working well in a fast-paced team environment is also important.
