- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of administrative or customer service experience
- Must be able to type 30 words per minute
- Basic computer skills, MS Word, Outlook
- Professional phone presentation
- Ability to follow a script and deliver information effectively
- Ability to commit to a part time schedule for a minimum of 3 months
- Criminal background check required
