BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FINANCIAL, HEALTHCARE,  BPO IT SERVICES

  

 

Locations: Chicago - New York – Sunnyvale – Fairfax – San Francisco – Dallas – Charlotte

 


Headstrong is the desired destination for those who want to manage domain based IT Services for global clients. To be successful, you would have recent experience in IT and Offshore Services solution selling in the financial services or healthcare industry. A proven ability to steer client relationships towards success is critical. You will be expected to manage relationships with logo accounts. Quota-bearing, you will also be required to develop and manage sales opportunities through qualification, proposal, selection, due diligence and closing stages.

 

Responsibilities

  

  •  Lead generation, identification and qualification of new opportunities with existing, former and new clients, and strategic partners.
  • Conceptualizing and articulating business problems and proactively planning IT solutions with technical teams, creating SOWs, project approach documents, etc.  
  • Positioning Headstrong’s services and presenting proposals to CXOs and VPs. Gathering information formally and informally about deciding factors and negotiating a close.
  •  Steering the client relationship from Sales to Delivery by collaborating with client IT and vendor management and our own delivery and resource teams.  
  •  Ongoing sales planning to remain on-track to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Fostering close working relationships within Headstrong to facilitate lead sharing, and, Offshore and global deals.
Requirements

 

  • Over 3 years of selling IT and Offshore IT services. Knowledge of the Finance, Banking or Healthcare industries, aware of market trends and IT innovations. 
  • Solid presentation and engagement skills to develop and sustain relationships with Senior Business, IT and Vendor management at Client sites.
  • Good negotiating skills, knowledge of contract structuring, program/project management to close deals and ensure profitability. 
  • Track record of selling in mid to large sized companies, meeting/exceeding revenue and margin targets,  sound account mapping and planning skills.
  • BE, BA/BS in MIS, CS Business or associated degree, MBA or MA/MS.
