Description MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE

    Overall Commercial Insurance Technical Assistant/Customer Service Job Duties:
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Processing applications
  • Insurance Policy Billing
  • Processing Endorsements
  • Issuing Certificates of Insurance
  • Etc.


    Experience with General Insurance Risks such as:
  • Contractors
  • Manufacturing
  • BOPs
  • Restaurants
  • Professional Liability
  • Any other Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance coverages




While exposure to all above insurance risks is preferred, overall insurance experience within some or most of these areas is acceptable.

Requirements
    Commercial Insurance Customer Service and Technical Assistant Applicants:
  • MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
  • Should be licensed or willing to be licensed for insurance in the state of IL.
  • Should have exposure to Insurance Software such as Applied Systems, AMS, TAM, Sagitta, etc.
  • Should be able to explain coverages to Insureds
