Job Summary
As the Vice-President of Marketing, the selected candidate will drive ComPsych's efforts to leverage its market leading position for further revenue growth. Areas of responsibility include: corporate marketing and branding, sales tool development, demand creation and lead generation, product marketing and launch management; public relations, competitive analysis and external communications.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure that ComPsych achieves optimal market penetration and is recognized as a global indust
Develop and execute marketing strategies to foster a unique brand awareness and to support revenue goal achievement across existing ComPsych product linesry leader by key brokers, HR/Benefits decision makers and consumers
Analyze the competitive landscape and strategically develop and lead a strategy that consistently beats the competition
Oversee marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, online media, trade shows, seminars and website design and content
Partner with sales to support sales initiatives, implement competitive strategy and drive sales effectiveness
Direct external agencies and vendors to deliver results against goals and on budget
