Medical Assistant, Certified

Are you a Certified Medical Assistant with at least 3+ years of clinical experience?  If the answer is yes, then you may be qualified to teach at Rasmussen College in our exciting Medical Assisting Program!  No teaching experience required!

We are currently searching for a full time Medical Assisting Instructor at our Aurora, IL campus. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Present to and engage groups of students to achieve their educational goals.
• Maintain positive student retention and ensure a quality educational experience.
• Demonstrate passion for the health science field.
• Record attendance and grades.
• Participate in training, observation and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulations and policies.

Experience and Certification Required:

• Current certification through AAMA, The American Association of Medical Assistants.
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work evening hours as needed by teaching schedule.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
